Dellinger Incorporated’s Line Division was the cornerstone upon which the company was founded in 1972 when we contracted our first job in Rock Hill, SC. We currently work throughout both North and South Carolina on various types of jobs, which include publicly bid jobs as well as privately negotiated work.

Line Team:
Todd Price is a 1987 graduate of Fairmont State University. He majored in Civil Engineering. He has 30 years of experience in Site and Utility Construction. Todd has been with Dellinger since 2017.
Justin Rogers has been with Dellinger Inc. since 2011. He started out as an Equipment Operator and advanced up to a job Superintendent. Now he is a Project Estimator for the Line Division.
Stephen Sizemore is a Project Manager for the Line Division. Graduated from South Piedmont Community College in 2015 with an Associate’s Degree. He also has 12 years of experience in residential construction. Stephen has been with Dellinger since 2019.
Tracy Pressley is a Project Manager for the Line Division. He has 27 years of Construction Experience. Tracy has been with Dellinger since 2020.
Abraham Teran is an Assistant Project Manager for the Line Division. He started out as a Laborer and advanced up to where he is now. Graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2022 with an Associate’s Degree. He has been with Dellinger Inc. since 2021.
