Dellinger Incorporated’s Highway Division was established in 1986 and has built over 200 projects across North and South Carolina. Our clients include the NCDOT, SCDOT, CSX, US Forest Service and private developers.
Dellinger’s Bridge Division has the capabilities to provide the following services:

Highway Team:
Ronnie Melker is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University. He has 20 years of experience in heavy civil construction and delivered projects that range from 10 - 250 million dollars.
Stephen Tate is the Estimator in the Highway Division. He has been with Dellinger since 2017.
Tasha Lattimore is an Assistant Project Manager in the Highway Division. She has been with Dellinger since 2022.
Alexis is an Assistant Project Manager for the Highway Division and has been with Dellinger since 2025
