
Dellinger Incorporated’s Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Division was established in 1981 and has built over 150 projects across North and South Carolina. Our clients are both public municipalities and private developers.
In our Plant Division, our crews have the ability to build the following:

Plant Team:
David Grubbs is the Vice-President and Division Head of the Plant Division. He started out as a project manager for the Plant Division and has been with Dellinger Inc. since 1988. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, in Civil Engineering Technology.
Will Crook is the Project Estimator for the Plant Division. He has 14 years of experience in construction. He has been with Dellinger Inc. since 2016.
Marie Lathan has been with Dellinger Inc since 1987. She is a do-it-all coordinator for the Plant Division. She has completed work as a project manager and estimator.
Scott McCall is a Project Manager in the Plant Division. He has been with Dellinger since 2023.
Toby Smith is a Project Manager in the Plant Division. He has been with Dellinger since 2015 working as a crew member in the Plant Division. In 2023, he was promoted to Assistant Project Manager and again to his current role as Project Manager in 2024.
